Kim Jae-rok
Kim Jae-rok (also credited as 金在祿) is a South Korean screen artist born on November 7, 1965. Known primarily for acting, he has built a career around grounded, character-driven performances across film and television.
His credits span contemporary dramas and distinctive independent projects, including My Lovely Angel as Jae-sik’s father and a memorable turn as Sang-woo in Passerby #3. On television, he has appeared in series such as Suspicious Court and Even if you grab me by the collar, where his presence often adds texture to family, workplace, and community storylines.
Kim’s range also extends beyond live-action acting. He contributed voice work as Chil-sung in the animated film The Fake, and has been associated with creative roles in projects like Cat Girl. Additional appearances include From the New World (as Shin-taek) and Kim Dae Jung Must Not Die (as a reenactor), reflecting a filmography that moves comfortably between mainstream titles and niche productions.
