Svetlana Migunova-Dali

Svetlana Migunova-Dali (also credited as Светлана Валерьевна Мигунова-Дали) is a Russian-born screen artist and producer, born on January 1, 1975, in Blagoveshchensk, Amurskaya Oblast, then part of the USSR. Trained as an actress, she built an international foundation that later shaped her work behind the scenes in film and television.

In 1997, Migunova-Dali graduated from GITIS (RATI) with a specialization in theatre and film acting. She then continued her professional studies in New York, completing programs at Michael Howard Studios and the New Dance Group Art Center’s Broadway Dance School between 1997 and 1999. In 1999, she also participated in the IMTA Convention “Hooray Hollywood!” in Los Angeles, expanding her industry network.

After relocating to Los Angeles, she worked in theatre and appeared on screen, including a role in Sherlock Holmes as Jane, the American ambassador’s wife. A pivotal step came in 2000, when she secured adaptation rights to Mikhail Bulgakov’s The Master and Margarita and developed the project in collaboration with actor John Cusack—an experience that helped launch her producing career.

As a producer, Migunova-Dali is associated with notable titles such as Antidur, Legend No. 17, and Gardens of Dionysus, earning recognition for bridging Russian storytelling with international production ambitions.
