Aaron Pierre

Aaron Pierre (also credited as Aaron Stone Pierre; born June 7, 1994, in London, England) is an English screen actor known for bringing intensity and clarity to both genre storytelling and prestige drama. Trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, he quickly built a reputation for commanding, grounded performances.

Pierre first drew wide attention as Dev-Em in the sci-fi series Krypton (2018–2019), a breakout role that showcased his range within big-world franchise television. He later expanded into acclaimed limited series work with The Underground Railroad (2021), further cementing his profile as a versatile leading man.

On the film side, Pierre has appeared in high-impact projects including Old as Mid-Sized Sedan and Foe as Terrence, and he headlines the thriller Rebel Ridge (2024) as Terry Richmond. He also starred in Brother as Francis, adding emotional depth to his growing body of work.

Beyond live action, Pierre’s voice work continues to broaden his reach, notably voicing Mufasa in Mufasa: The Lion King. He has also portrayed Malcolm X in the miniseries Genius, underscoring his ability to inhabit real-life figures with conviction.
