Aaron Taylor-Johnson
Aaron Taylor-Johnson (also credited as Aaron Johnson and Aaron Perry Taylor-Johnson) is an English actor born on June 13, 1990, in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. He began working on screen at a young age, quickly building a profile through early film roles that showcased both charm and range.
As a child actor, he appeared in titles such as Shanghai Knights and The Illusionist, and later featured in teen comedy Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. His major breakthrough arrived with his portrayal of John Lennon in the biopic Nowhere Boy, a performance that helped establish him as a serious leading man.
Global recognition followed with his starring turn as Dave Lizewski in Kick-Ass and its sequel, alongside further work in films like Savages, Anna Karenina, and Godzilla. He also joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Pietro Maximoff in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Taylor-Johnson earned a Golden Globe for his supporting performance in Nocturnal Animals, adding to nominations from major British awards bodies. In recent years, he has continued to headline and support high-profile projects including Tenet, Bullet Train, and The Fall Guy.
