Amy Nelson

Amy Nelson (born May 21, 1994, in Cincinnati, Ohio) is an American screen artist and production creative, widely recognized for her behind-the-scenes work across digital storytelling and online entertainment. Known in fan communities by the aliases Iceddarkroast and Peebles, she has built a reputation for combining design sensibility with character-driven performance.

Based in Cincinnati, Nelson’s background in graphic design and animation has informed a versatile career that spans production support and on-camera/voice contributions. Her collaborations are closely associated with filmmaker and YouTuber Markiplier, to whom she is married, and she has become a familiar presence within his narrative projects.

Among her notable credits, Nelson appears in A Heist with Markiplier as “You” (hands and arms) and as the voice of the Orbital Laser Bombardment Homing Beacon. She also portrays the Alien Queen in In Space with Markiplier: Part 2 and plays “Mom” in A Date with Markiplier, showcasing a playful range that complements her production work.
