Angela Russo-Otstot

Angela Russo-Otstot (born 1978) is an American screenwriter and producer whose work spans large-scale franchise storytelling and character-driven drama. She is widely associated with the creative ecosystem built alongside her brothers, filmmakers Anthony and Joe Russo, and has become a key architect behind their company’s slate.

Russo-Otstot serves as Chief Creative Officer at AGBO, helping shape development and production across film and television. Her writing credits include co-writing the 2021 feature Cherry, while her producing work includes the action sequel Extraction 2 (2023) and the upcoming sci-fi project The Electric State (2025).

On television, she has been an executive producer on Prime Video’s spy series Citadel and its related international spinoffs, underscoring her role in building interconnected, global entertainment brands.

In addition to her behind-the-camera leadership, Russo-Otstot has appeared on screen in projects such as The Gray Man, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Arrested Development, LAX, Welcome to Collinwood, and The Kiss, reflecting a multifaceted career across modern Hollywood production.
