Arturo Castro
Arturo Castro (born November 26, 1985, in Guatemala) is a Guatemalan screen artist known for bringing sharp comedic timing and grounded humanity to both film and television. Working as an actor and writer, he has built a career that moves easily between indie projects and major studio releases.
Castro first drew wide attention through his work on the hit comedy series Broad City (2014), where his scene-stealing presence helped introduce him to a global audience. He soon expanded into feature films, appearing in acclaimed titles such as Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk (2016) and the intense thriller Bushwick (2016), showcasing a range beyond pure comedy.
In recent years, Castro has continued to stack eclectic credits, from The Menu as Soren to White Men Can’t Jump as Bobby and Road House as Moe. He has also explored playful genre work, including voice performance in Urkel Saves Santa: The Movie! and roles in titles like Molli and Max in the Future.
