Avery Konrad

Avery Konrad (born December 28, 1994, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian screen actress recognized for bringing nuance and intensity to contemporary film and television. She rose to wider attention through her starring turn as Sara Myers in the mystery-horror series FROM (2022–), where her performance anchors the show’s unsettling emotional stakes.

Konrad’s interest in acting started early, and she later sharpened her craft with formal training at the Vancouver Film School. She has spoken about how performing monologues in her early years proved pivotal—an experience that helped shape her confidence and cement her commitment to the profession.

Across genres, she has built a varied résumé, with notable credits including Honor Society (as Emma), Broil (as Chance Sinclair), 12 Rounds 3: Lockdown (as Girlfriend), R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour (as Gina Sarland / The Witch), and The Good Doctor (as Tamara Krantz). Her work often blends grounded realism with heightened suspense.

Openly lesbian, Konrad is also known for her creative friendships, including her connection with actress Chloe Van Landschoot, a collaborator on FROM and the short film Tidal. On social media, she shares behind-the-scenes moments from sets alongside modeling and personal snapshots.
