Avery Konrad

Avery Konrad (born December 28, 1994, in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian screen actress recognized for bringing nuance and intensity to contemporary film and television. She rose to wider attention through her starring turn as Sara Myers in the mystery-horror series FROM (2022–), where her performance anchors the show’s unsettling emotional stakes.

Konrad’s interest in acting started early, and she later sharpened her craft with formal training at the Vancouver Film School.
