Barbara Broccoli

Barbara Broccoli (born June 18, 1960) is a leading film producer whose career is closely tied to the legacy of James Bond. The daughter of legendary Bond producer Albert R. “Cubby” Broccoli and Dana Broccoli, she was raised in a filmmaking family where the franchise was more than a job—it was a way of life.

Growing up, Broccoli experienced the series from the inside, spending time on sets and traveling with her family to far-flung locations as productions moved across the globe. That early, behind-the-camera immersion helped shape her understanding of large-scale filmmaking and the craft of building a long-running screen brand.

Beyond producing, she has appeared as herself in numerous Bond-related documentaries and specials, including Cubby Broccoli: The Man Behind Bond, Everything or Nothing, and The Sound of 007, offering firsthand perspective on the franchise’s history and evolution. She has also featured in making-of pieces such as Building a Better Bond and Die Another Day: From Script to Screen, and even made a small on-screen cameo as an opera patron in The Living Daylights.
