Ben Marshall

Ben Marshall (born May 1, 1995, in Savannah, Georgia) is an American screen performer, writer, and comedian best known as a member of the sketch comedy trio Please Don’t Destroy. Working alongside Martin Herlihy and John Higgins, Marshall helped build the group’s fast-paced, internet-forward style into a recognizable comedy brand.

In 2021, the trio made a major leap when they were brought onto Saturday Night Live as writers for Season 47, a move that also put Marshall in front of the camera in the show’s “Please Don’t Destroy” segments. His profile has continued to grow through SNL-related appearances and comedy work that blends sharp editing, character-driven bits, and self-aware humor.
