Billie Lourd
Billie Lourd (also credited as Billie Catherine Lourd) is an American screen actress born on July 17, 1992, in Los Angeles, California. Building a career across film and television, she has become known for blending sharp comedy with genre storytelling, earning attention for both ensemble work and standout character roles.
Lourd broke through on Fox’s horror-comedy series Scream Queens (2015–2016), where she played the memorably deadpan Chanel #3. She later became a recurring presence in FX’s anthology hit American Horror Story (2017–present), taking on varied roles that highlight her versatility within the horror and dark-drama space.
In blockbuster cinema, Lourd is widely recognized as Resistance officer Lieutenant Connix in the Star Wars sequel era, beginning with Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Her screen credits also include films such as Billionaire Boys Club, And Mrs., and The Last Showgirl, along with voice work in Smurfs. She also appears as herself in The Skywalker Legacy and via archive footage in The Force of Sound.
Lourd is the only child of late actress and cultural icon Carrie Fisher, a legacy that connects her to Hollywood history while she continues to shape her own path on screen.
