Billy Magnussen
Billy Magnussen (born April 20, 1985, in Woodhaven, New York) is an American screen and stage actor known for bringing sharp comedic timing and offbeat intensity to both studio films and indie projects. Also credited as William Gregory Magnussen, he has built a career defined by versatility—equally comfortable in ensemble casts and scene-stealing supporting turns.
Magnussen’s film work spans genres, with notable appearances in Into the Woods as Rapunzel’s Prince, along with roles in titles such as The East, The Brass Teapot, and Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet. He has also been associated with projects like Eyeborgs and Lift, and is set to appear as Pleakley in Lilo & Stitch.
On television, he has earned attention through supporting parts in series including Get Shorty and Maniac, and later headlined the sci-fi comedy Made for Love for HBO Max. His recent high-profile credits include The Many Saints of Newark, No Time to Die, and a starring turn in Spy Kids: Armageddon.
