Broderick Johnson
Broderick Johnson is an American film and television producer from Athens, Georgia, best known as the co-founder and co-CEO of Alcon Entertainment. He launched the company in 1997 alongside longtime producing partner Andrew Kosove, helping build Alcon into a steady force behind studio-scale features and ambitious series.
Across his producing career, Johnson has been associated with projects that reached both popular audiences and awards attention. Among the most prominent is The Blind Side, which earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture, underscoring his ability to back commercially successful stories with broad cultural impact.
On television, he is also linked to genre storytelling through the acclaimed series The Expanse, reflecting a track record that spans cinematic drama and premium serialized science fiction.
