Chris Coy
Chris Coy (also credited as کریس کوی) is an American screen actor born on May 1, 1986, in Louisville, Kentucky. Known for intense, grounded performances, Coy has built a career moving fluidly between prestige television and genre-driven film, often playing characters with sharp edges and emotional weight.
On TV, he became widely recognized for a run of memorable roles across major networks and streamers. He portrayed L.P. Everett on HBO’s Treme, then appeared as Martin on AMC’s The Walking Dead. Coy later drew attention as Calvin Bunker on Cinemax’s Banshee, followed by a substantial turn as Paul Hendrickson on HBO’s The Deuce. More recently, he played Jasper Baker on Prime Video’s The Peripheral, continuing his streak of standout ensemble work.
His film credits highlight a taste for thrillers and dark dramas, including Hostel: Part III (Travis), Kristy (Blue Hoodie), Deliver Us from Evil (Jimmy), and The Barber (John McCormack).
