Chris Pang (also credited as Christopher Pang) is an Australian screen actor and producer, born on December 29, 1984, in Melbourne, Victoria. Known for bringing a warm, contemporary presence to both studio films and independent dramas, he has built a career that bridges Australian cinema and international productions.
Pang first gained major attention in Australia playing Lee Takkam in Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010), a youth-driven action drama that introduced him to wider audiences. His global breakthrough followed with Crazy Rich Asians (2018), where his performance as Colin Khoo helped anchor the film’s ensemble with charm and emotional clarity.
His filmography highlights notable range, from genre titles like I, Frankenstein (as Levi) and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny (as Flying Blade) to action-fantasy entries such as Blade of the 47 Ronin (as Arai).
