Christian Slater

Christian Slater (also credited as Christian Michael Leonard Slater; known internationally as クリスチャン・スレイター and Кристиан Слэйтер) is an American screen actor born on August 18, 1969, in New York City. He broke into film in the mid-1980s and quickly developed a reputation for playing sharp-edged, charismatic outsiders.

Slater’s early rise was fueled by standout work in films such as The Name of the Rose (as Adso of Melk) and the cult-defining Heathers, which cemented his status as a distinctive voice of late-’80s cinema. In the 1990s he balanced mainstream hits with fan favorites, including True Romance (as Clarence Worley), Interview with the Vampire (as Malloy), and Gleaming the Cube (as Brian Kelly).

On television, Slater earned renewed critical acclaim for his award-winning performance on Mr. Robot, adding major honors to his career.
