Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes (born June 30, 1985, in Charlotte, North Carolina) is an American screen artist and professional wrestling star known for blending athletic spectacle with character-driven storytelling. Also recognized by the ring personas Stardust and “Son of Fuego,” Rhodes has become a familiar face across major live-event franchises and broadcast specials.

Coming from a celebrated wrestling lineage as the son of Dusty Rhodes and the half-brother of Dustin Rhodes, he first broke through in WWE in the mid-2000s. During his initial run (2006–2016), he performed as Cody Rhodes and later Stardust, collecting multiple tag team reigns and earning two Intercontinental Championship wins.

After stepping away from WWE, Rhodes expanded his profile on the global circuit, competing in promotions such as ROH, NJPW, TNA, and top independents—adding major world titles to his résumé. In 2019, he helped launch AEW as a founding Executive Vice President and became a record-setting TNT Champion.

Rhodes returned to WWE in 2022, re-entering the spotlight on the Raw brand and headlining marquee events including WWE Royal Rumble 2023, WrestleMania 39 Sunday, and WWE Night of Champions 2010, alongside appearances like AEW Full Gear 2021 and ROH: Honor Reigns Supreme.
