Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt
Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt is an animation executive and producer best known for shaping Marvel’s modern animated slate as Vice President of Animation at Marvel Studios. With a background that bridges stagecraft and studio leadership, she has become a key figure in guiding development and production for high-profile franchise storytelling.
Vasquez-Eberhardt earned a BFA in Theatre Management from the California Institute of the Arts and later completed strategic negotiation training through the USC Marshall School of Business. She began her career in live theatre as an Assistant Production Manager at Los Angeles’ Centre Theatre Group, contributing to major productions including Mary Poppins, Jersey Boys, 9 to 5: The Musical, and The Drowsy Chaperone.
In 2011, she transitioned into animation at Nickelodeon Animation Studio, rising over nearly a decade from executive support roles to Senior Director of Current Series and Development. Along the way she helped steer series such as The Loud House, Santiago of the Seas, Harvey Beaks, and Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and supported features including Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus and Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
After a strategic planning and brand-synergy role at Disney Channels Worldwide, Vasquez-Eberhardt joined Marvel Studios in 2021. She has served as an executive producer/co-executive producer on acclaimed projects including What If…?, I Am Groot, and X-Men ’97 (featured in Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of X-Men ’97), while overseeing upcoming titles such as Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Eyes of Wakanda, and Marvel Zombies.
