Dave Green
Dave Green (born January 1, 1983) is an American director known for moving fluidly between music videos, short-form storytelling, and studio features. He first built his reputation in the music video world, where his energetic style and comic timing helped his work stand out.
A key early chapter of Green’s career was his frequent collaboration with Miles Fisher, creating a run of music videos and shorts that showcased a playful, pop-culture-savvy sensibility. Those projects helped position him as a filmmaker with a strong visual voice and a knack for punchy narrative beats.
Green made his feature directing debut with Earth to Echo (2014), a youthful sci‑fi adventure that introduced him to mainstream audiences. He followed with the big-budget franchise entry Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016), expanding his résumé with large-scale action and effects-driven filmmaking.
Continuing to work within major studio filmmaking, Green later stepped into animation with Warner Bros. Pictures Animation’s Coyote vs. Acme (2026), further underlining his versatility across formats and genres.
