David Heyman

David Heyman (born July 26, 1961, in London, England) is a British film producer and the founder of Heyday Films. Over a career defined by large-scale storytelling and careful franchise stewardship, he has become one of the most commercially successful producers in modern cinema.

Heyman is best known for producing all eight films in the Harry Potter series, bringing J.K. Rowling’s bestselling novels to the screen and helping shape a generation’s moviegoing experience. He later continued that wizarding-world legacy as producer of the three-film prequel spin-off Fantastic Beasts, expanding the universe for new audiences while maintaining the tone and craft that made the originals a global phenomenon.
