Dionne Quan

Dionne Quan (born October 20, 1978, in Lexington, Massachusetts) is an American voice actress known for bringing bright, confident animated characters to life across TV and film. A Chinese American performer, she began working in voiceover as a teenager, first booking commercial work at around 14 and quickly building a steady career behind the microphone.

Quan is legally blind due to optic nerve hypoplasia, and she has long used Braille scripts in the recording booth—an approach that underscores both her professionalism and her persistence in a competitive industry. Her breakthrough came with Nickelodeon’s Rugrats universe, where she voiced Kimi Watanabe-Finster, introduced to many viewers in Rugrats in Paris: The Movie and later featured in related specials and films including Rugrats Go Wild.
