Dominic Sessa
Dominic Sessa (born October 25, 2002, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey) is an American screen actor who broke through with a standout big-screen debut in the early 2020s. Emerging as a fresh presence in contemporary film, he quickly drew attention for his grounded, emotionally precise performances.
Sessa made his feature debut in Alexander Payne’s coming-of-age drama The Holdovers (2023), playing the complicated student Angus Tully. The role proved to be a major arrival: his work earned the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for Best Young Performer and brought a BAFTA nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role, marking him as a notable new talent.
Following that success, Sessa expanded his credits with projects including Tow (as Kevin), Oh. What. Fun. (as Sammy), and Now You See Me: Now You Don’t (as Bosco). He has also been attached to Tony as Anthony Bourdain and appeared as himself on The Oscars, signaling a rising profile across film and pop culture.
