Ebon Moss-Bachrach

Ebon Moss-Bachrach (born March 19, 1977, in Staten Island, New York) is an American screen actor recognized for bringing sharp intelligence and lived-in realism to both indie films and prestige television. Over the years, he has built a reputation for characters who feel grounded, complicated, and quietly magnetic.

He earned major acclaim as Richie Jerimovich on the comedy-drama series The Bear (2022–2026), a performance that brought him two Primetime Emmy wins for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series and multiple Golden Globe nominations. His television profile also includes prominent work on Girls (2014–2017), NOS4A2 (2019–2020), and a notable appearance in Andor (2022).

In franchise storytelling, Moss-Bachrach entered the Marvel universe as David “Micro” Lieberman in The Punisher (2017). He later stepped into a marquee role as Ben Grimm / The Thing in The Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025), with a follow-up appearance in Avengers: Doomsday (2026).
