Eleanor Columbus (also credited as エレナー・コロンブス / エリノア・コロンバス) is an American screen artist born October 12, 1989, in Washington, USA. While she appeared on screen in childhood, she has since built a reputation primarily behind the camera as a producer shaping distinctive, filmmaker-driven cinema.
As a young performer, Columbus is recognizable to many viewers for her small roles in major studio titles, including Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets as Susan Bones. Her early credits also include appearances in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, Nine Months, Stepmom (uncredited), Rent, and In Search of Dr. Seuss.
Transitioning into production, she co-founded Maiden Voyage Pictures with her father, filmmaker Chris Columbus, and became closely associated with bold independent features. Her producing work includes acclaimed projects such as The Witch (2015), Menashe (2017), The Lighthouse (2019), as well as Dìdi (2024) and Nosferatu (2024).
