Eric Hauserman Carroll

Eric Hauserman Carroll is an American screen industry professional best known for his work in production and development on major Marvel projects. He previously held the role of Director of Development at Marvel Studios, helping shape story and production strategy across the studio’s expanding slate.

Carroll also served as a creative executive on Thor (2011) and Thor: The Dark World (2013), contributing to the creative pipeline behind the early Marvel Cinematic Universe. He later moved into producing roles, including co-producing the series Agent Carter (2015–2016) and the feature Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017).

His credits continued into the next phase of the MCU as an executive producer on Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022). He has also appeared on camera, including in A Fan’s Guide to Spider-Man: Homecoming as himself.
