Erick Hayden
Erick Hayden (born April 9, 1971) is an American screen actor whose career bridges U.S. roots and a later chapter in the U.K. Born in Massachusetts, he relocated to Alaska as a child in 1981, building an early working life across a range of jobs before finding his way into the arts.
In Anchorage, Hayden became a theatre and film critic for the Anchorage Press, an experience that helped solidify his decision to perform. He earned a theatre degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2000, then spent years refining his craft while working as an audio/visual specialist—balancing practical production skills with steady acting development in the local scene.
After moving to England in 2011, Hayden expanded his on-screen profile with appearances in major studio projects and genre titles. He is associated with films such as Spectre and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, alongside work in productions including Alcatraz.
Across his filmography, he’s recognized for character parts like Marshall in Spectre, Warden Johnston in Alcatraz, and roles in Precognition, The Utah Cabin Murders, Soundtrack to Sixteen, The Son, Baby Geniuses and the Mystery of the Crown Jewels, and Lion vs The Little People.
