Erika Olde
Erika Olde is a Canadian film producer and the founder and president of Los Angeles-based Black Bicycle Entertainment. Working across prestige drama and commercial features, she has built a reputation for backing filmmaker-driven projects and talent-led storytelling.
Olde first drew wide attention as an executive producer on Natalie Portman’s directorial debut, A Tale of Love and Darkness, a high-profile international production that helped establish her as a producer to watch. Since then, she has continued to develop and package films with major creative voices in front of and behind the camera.
Her 2017 slate included the romantic comedy Home Again, starring Reese Witherspoon, and Sasha Gervasi’s crime drama November Criminals. She has also been involved in projects moving through post-production, including Susanna White’s Woman Walks Ahead with Jessica Chastain and Whitney Cummings’ The Female Brain.
Recognizing her growing influence in the industry, Variety named Olde to its 2017 Women’s Impact Report, highlighting her work as a producer shaping contemporary film.
