Ethan Spaulding

Ethan Spaulding (born January 1, 1972, in Los Angeles, California) is an American screen artist best known for his work in animation as a director, producer, and storyboard artist. He is also credited under the names Eathan Spaulding and Ethan Matthew Spaulding.

Spaulding is closely associated with the acclaimed animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender, where he became a key creative presence behind the scenes. Across the show’s run, he directed a dozen episodes and contributed in multiple additional capacities, helping shape the series’ visual storytelling, pacing, and action choreography.
