Frankie Adams

Frankie Adams (born January 3, 1994, in Auckland City, New Zealand) is a New Zealand screen actress of Samoan heritage, also known for her involvement in amateur boxing. Standing around 1.8 m (6 ft), she brings a striking physical presence to both dramatic and action-driven roles.

Adams broke into acting as a teenager, landing her first on-screen part at 16 as Ula Levi on the long-running soap Shortland Street. The early TV exposure helped establish her as a rising talent, leading to further work across television and film.

Her credits span gritty drama and big-screen spectacle, including One Thousand Ropes (as Ilisa), Mortal Engines (as Yasmina Rashid), and TV appearances such as Wentworth. She has continued to broaden her range with projects like The Panthers (Tessa) and The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart (Candy), alongside roles in Minimum Mass, Mother Knows Best, The Wrecking Crew, and Moana.

Outside acting, Adams has stepped into the ring for a Fight For Life charity boxing event, reflecting a competitive streak that complements her on-screen intensity.
