Hallie Meyers-Shyer

Hallie Meyers-Shyer (born July 26, 1987, in Los Angeles, California) is an American screen artist known for her early acting work and later career behind the camera. Raised in a filmmaking family, she is the daughter of acclaimed writer-directors Charles Shyer and Nancy Meyers, an influence that shaped her path in Hollywood.

As a child performer, Meyers-Shyer appeared in a string of small but memorable roles, often in projects connected to her parents. Her credits include Father of the Bride (as the Flower Girl) and Father of the Bride Part II (as Annie Banks at age 7), along with appearances in The Parent Trap, What Women Want, The Affair of the Necklace, and I Love Trouble.

In adulthood, she expanded from acting into filmmaking, stepping into the spotlight as a writer-director with the romantic comedy Home Again (2017). She continued developing her voice as a filmmaker with her second feature as writer and director, Goodrich, released in 2024.
