Hank Azaria

Hank Azaria (born April 25, 1964, in Queens, New York City) is an American actor and producer celebrated for his range across comedy, drama, and voice performance. He’s also been credited under playful aliases such as Hank Tarantula, Hank Nefarious, and Scary Connelly.

Azaria is best known as one of the defining voices of The Simpsons, joining the series early in its run and evolving into a cornerstone of its ensemble. Over decades he has brought to life a deep bench of fan favorites—among them Moe, Chief Wiggum, Comic Book Guy, Professor Frink, and many more—work that has earned him multiple Primetime Emmy Awards and made him a hallmark of modern TV voice acting.

Beyond Springfield, Azaria built a strong live-action career with standout supporting turns in films like Pretty Woman, Heat, The Birdcage (including a Screen Actors Guild Award win), and Godzilla.
