Holt Boggs
Holt Boggs (born July 18, 1971, in Houston, Texas) is an American screen actor with roots in comedy and independent film. Raised largely in Houston, he also spent formative years abroad as his geologist father’s work took the family to places including Africa and Southeast Asia, before returning to Texas.
Known early on as a natural comic and “class clown,” Boggs set his sights on sketch comedy and the kind of breakout platform offered by late-night TV. He began performing stand-up in local clubs, then sharpened his craft after being accepted into a two-year conservatory program in Dallas.
During training, he pursued every opportunity he could find—stage work, commercials, and short films—building a practical foundation on set and in front of live audiences. When larger film opportunities felt limited in Dallas, he helped create his own, co-writing and producing the indie thriller The Prodigy, a move that expanded his reach beyond the local scene.
Now based in Los Angeles, Boggs continues to appear across film and digital projects. His notable credits include In Space with Markiplier and In Space with Markiplier: Part 2 (Shuttle Pilot), The Doo Dah Man (Frank), One Small Step (Dr. Collins), and The Cursed (Charlie).
