Holt McCallany
Holt McCallany (also credited as Holt Mccallany and known in Korea as 홀트 맥칼라니) is an American screen actor born on September 3, 1963, in New York City. Sometimes listed under the birth name Holt Quinn McAloney, he has built a career around tough, grounded characters across film and television.
McCallany became widely recognized for his intense, detail-driven performance as FBI Special Agent Bill Tench in David Fincher’s acclaimed series Mindhunter (2017–2019). The role helped spotlight his ability to balance authority and vulnerability, turning him into a standout presence in modern crime drama.
On the big screen, he has moved fluidly between supporting turns and prominent ensemble roles. Trailerix audiences may know him from Fight Club as The Mechanic, The Peacemaker as Mark Appleton, and Alien³ as Junior, as well as genre favorites like Below (Loomis) and The Losers (Wade).
