Isabela Merced
Isabela Merced (born July 10, 2001, in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American screen artist known for acting and music. She first gained wide attention under her earlier name Isabela Moner, later adopting the professional name Isabela Merced in 2019.
Merced broke out on Nickelodeon as CJ Martin in 100 Things to Do Before High School and expanded her range in family entertainment by voicing Kate on Dora and Friends: Into the City!. Her move into studio features followed quickly, including her scene-stealing turn as Izabella in Transformers: The Last Knight, alongside roles in Instant Family and Sicario: Day of the Soldado.
In the years since, Merced has balanced franchise visibility with character-driven projects, headlining Dora and the Lost City of Gold and appearing in Netflix’s Sweet Girl. Recent highlights include Father of the Bride as Cora Herrera, voice work in Migration, and the lead role of Aza Holmes in Turtles All the Way Down.
Her upcoming and high-profile credits continue to broaden her profile, from Madame Web as Anya Corazón to Superman as Hawkgirl, as well as Alien: Romulus as Kay—cementing her as a versatile presence across genres.
