Jacqueline Monetta

Jacqueline Monetta is a producer and Vice President at Olive Bridge Entertainment, known for her work in film development and production. A Duke University graduate (Class of 2018), she studied Public Policy and earned certificates in Documentary Studies, Policy Journalism, and Media Studies—an academic mix that sharpened her storytelling instincts and helped cement her commitment to filmmaking.

Monetta’s interest in documentaries began early: she started a film project in high school and later finished it through an independent study at Duke, where it screened on campus. After college, she moved to Los Angeles and chose an entry-level mailroom position at United Talent Agency over a higher-paying consulting path, prioritizing access to the entertainment business and a long-term creative career.

At UTA, she advanced to assistant for an agent, but her focus remained on creating and producing. That drive led to an interview with director-producer Will Gluck, co-founder of Olive Bridge, and she joined the company’s production and development team in 2019, working closely with Gluck and benefiting from his mentorship.

Promoted in 2021 to Creative Executive in Olive Bridge’s film division, Monetta has overseen development on projects including Much Ado, End of the World, and Blackfriars, alongside titles in progress for major studios and streamers. She also contributed to Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway and played a key role in the development and production of the 2023 romantic comedy Anyone But You.
