Jeb Stuart

Jeb Stuart (born January 21, 1956) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer whose work helped define modern action storytelling. Best known for his writing, he has been a key creative voice behind some of Hollywood’s most enduring, high-stakes thrillers.

Stuart rose to prominence with the 1988 blockbuster Die Hard, a film celebrated for its sharp pacing, memorable set pieces, and character-driven tension. He later co-wrote The Fugitive (1993), another major hit that blended relentless momentum with a grounded emotional core, cementing his reputation for propulsive, audience-friendly narratives.
