Jeff Bergman
Jeff Bergman (also credited as Jeffrey Allen Bergman) is an American screen artist best known for voice acting and for helping keep some of animation’s most iconic characters sounding familiar to new generations. Born on July 10, 1960, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Bergman built a career around classic character performance and precise vocal mimicry.
Beginning in the late 1980s, he became closely associated with the worlds of Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera. After the passing of legendary voice actor Mel Blanc in 1989, Bergman stepped in as a key successor, taking on characters such as Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck—an important transition that helped preserve the continuity of these long-running franchises.
His credits showcase both range and nostalgia, from Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue (voicing Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck) to (Blooper) Bunny! (adding Elmer Fudd and Yosemite Sam), as well as The Jetsons: Father and Son Day (George, Elroy, and Mr. Spacely). More recently, he voiced Fred Flintstone in Come and Learn with Pibby!, underscoring his enduring place in modern animation.
