John H. Williams

John H. Williams (also credited as John Hayward Williams) is an American film producer born on June 17, 1953, in New York City. Working across both live-action and animation, he has built a career defined by large-scale, audience-friendly storytelling and franchise-minded production.

Williams is best known for his producing role in the core Shrek film series, a landmark animated franchise that helped shape modern studio animation and pop-culture comedy.
