Kali Reis

Kali Reis (also known as 卡莉·瑞斯) is an American screen artist and elite athlete born on August 24, 1986, in Providence, Rhode Island. Before breaking into film and television, Reis built a standout reputation in professional boxing, becoming a multi-division world champion and competing at the sport’s highest level.

Her on-screen breakthrough arrived in 2021 with Catch the Fair One, where she plays Kaylee, a fighter driven to find her missing sister. The performance announced Reis as a formidable new acting talent and earned her an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Female Lead.

Reis expanded her profile with major projects including True Detective: Night Country (2024), drawing awards attention across the Emmys, Golden Globes, and Critics’ Choice. She has continued to take on varied roles, from Asphalt City as Nia to Mercy as Jacqueline “Jaq” Diallo, alongside credits such as Rebuilding and Wind River: Rising.
