Kevin Michael Richardson

Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964, in The Bronx, New York) is an American actor and prolific voice artist celebrated for his deep, commanding sound and wide character range across animation, film, and games. He has also been credited as Kevin M. Richards, Kevin Michael Richards, and Kevin M. Richardson.

On television, Richardson is known to audiences for his work on The Cleveland Show, where his vocal versatility helped shape the series’ comedic tone. Beyond TV, he has become a go-to performer for larger-than-life roles, often bringing intensity and humor to villains, monsters, and scene-stealing side characters.

His animation credits include The Super Mario Bros. Movie (Kamek), Planet Hulk (Korg), and a standout run as Shredder in Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Super Shredder and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Enter Shredder. He has also voiced The Joker in The Batman vs. Dracula, and appeared across the Scooby-Doo universe, including Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders and Scooby-Doo! and the Legend of the Vampire.

In gaming, Richardson is recognized for memorable performances such as the Enclave communications officer in Fallout 2 and Tartarus in Halo 2, cementing his reputation as a powerhouse voice in modern pop culture.
