Kit Connor

Kit Connor (also credited as Kit Sebastian Connor) is an English actor born on 8 March 2004 in London, England. He began working on screen at a young age and quickly built a reputation for grounded, emotionally direct performances across film, television, and voice work.

Connor became internationally recognized for playing Nick Nelson, a secondary school student, in Netflix’s teen series Heartstopper (2022–present). The role helped cement him as one of the standout young talents of his generation, earning him the first-ever Children’s and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Performance.

Before that breakthrough, he appeared in projects such as Get Santa (as Tom), Mr. Holmes (as Boy), and The Mercy (as Simon Crowhurst), alongside TV work including a recurring part on CBBC’s Rocket’s Island. He also took on voice acting, notably contributing to His Dark Materials and voicing Brightbill in the animated feature The Wild Robot.

Expanding beyond the screen, Connor stepped onto Broadway in a 2024 adaptation of Romeo & Juliet, and he continues to broaden his range with upcoming work including the film Warfare (as Tommy).
