Ludi Lin

Ludi Lin (born November 11, 1987, in Fuzhou, China) is a Chinese-Canadian screen actor and model recognized for action-forward roles that blend athleticism with sharp character work. Moving between Hollywood franchises and international projects, he has built a profile as a versatile performer in genre cinema and TV.

Lin broke out globally as Zack Taylor / the Black Ranger in the 2017 Power Rangers reboot, a performance that helped introduce him to mainstream audiences. He continued expanding his reach with high-profile studio features, including Aquaman (2018) as the Atlantean warrior Captain Murk, and Netflix’s Black Mirror in Season 5’s “Striking Vipers,” where he played Lance.

In the world of video game adaptations, Lin became closely associated with the iconic fighter Liu Kang in Mortal Kombat (2021), returning in Mortal Kombat II. His filmography also includes credits such as Monster Hunt, Holiday Spin, Come Across Love, In a New York Minute, and Art of Eight Limbs, underscoring a career shaped by cross-cultural storytelling and physical performance.
