Michael Disco

Michael Disco is an American film executive and producer known for steering large-scale studio features and filmmaker-driven projects. He currently serves as President of Film at AGBO, the independent film and television company founded by the Russo Brothers, associated with titles such as Everything Everywhere All at Once, The Gray Man, and the Extraction franchise.

Before joining AGBO, Disco launched The Disco Factory, a production banner that operated under an exclusive arrangement with Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema. Its early slate included The Many Saints of Newark, the feature prequel to The Sopranos, followed by the Andy Muschietti-directed superhero film The Flash, starring Ezra Miller alongside Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck.

Disco previously spent nearly two decades at New Line Cinema (2000–2018), rising to Executive Vice President of Production. During that run, he helped oversee more than thirty films that collectively approached $4.5 billion in global box office, spanning hits like San Andreas, Rampage, and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, as well as comedies including Central Intelligence, Horrible Bosses, and Game Night.

Named to The Hollywood Reporter “Next Gen” list in 2010, Disco is a Syracuse University graduate (Policy Studies) and a member of the PGA, BAFTA, and AFI.
