Michael Jelenic

Michael Jelenic (also known as 迈克尔·杰勒尼克) is an American screen artist and writer born on May 12, 1977, in Los Angeles, California. Working across animation and film, he has built a career that spans writing, story development, producing, and directing, with a focus on fast-paced, character-driven comedy.

He is widely recognized as the co-creator of Teen Titans Go!, developed with Aaron Horvath for Cartoon Network. The long-running series helped define a new, irreverent take on DC’s teen heroes, and Jelenic later expanded that tone to the big screen as a co-writer and co-producer of Teen Titans Go! To the Movies (2018).

Jelenic’s feature work continued with large-scale animated storytelling, including co-directing The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023) alongside Horvath. His credits also include involvement in projects such as The Super Mario Galaxy Movie (additional voices) and Teen Titans Go! (voice work), reflecting a versatile presence both behind the scenes and on the mic.
