Mike Larocca

Mike Larocca is an American film and television producer known for helping shape modern studio and streaming-era entertainment through high-profile production leadership.

In 2016, Larocca co-founded the Russo Brothers’ banner AGBO, where he served as President and Vice Chairman. Across his tenure, he was closely associated with the company’s growth and its push into ambitious, filmmaker-driven projects, before stepping down from the role in 2023.

Following his departure, Larocca moved into his next chapter as a partner with producer Michael Schaefer at Department M, continuing his work developing and producing film and television projects.

On-screen, Larocca has also appeared in industry-facing contexts, including a notable credit connected to The Oscars as himself—reflecting his visibility within the broader film community.
