Nancy Carroll

Nancy Carroll (born November 28, 1974, in Bristol, England) is an English screen and stage actress known for combining classical craft with sharp contemporary character work. She is widely recognized for her long-running BBC role as Lady Felicia in Father Brown, a performance that helped introduce her theatre-honed precision to a broad television audience.

Carroll has built a substantial reputation in British theatre, working extensively in major productions and in close association with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Her stage credentials also extend to filmed theatre events, including National Theatre Live: The Magistrate (as Agatha) and National Theatre Live: Young Marx, reflecting a career that moves fluidly between live performance and screen.

On film and television, she continues to appear in varied supporting and featured roles, from Iris (as a BBC PA) to Magic Mike's Last Dance (as Phoebe), and genre-led work such as A Ghost Story for Christmas: The Room in the Tower (as Verity Gordon Clark). Recent credits like F1 (as Abu Dhabi Corporate Executive #1) underline her range across drama, comedy, and prestige productions.
