Park Young-kyu
Park Young-kyu (박영규), also credited as Park Yeong-kyu and Park Young-gyu, is a South Korean screen actor born on October 28, 1953, in Daejeon, South Korea. Known for his versatile character work, he has built a career moving confidently between broad comedy, grounded drama, and offbeat genre films.
International audiences often recognize Park from the cult hit Attack the Gas Station!, where he appears as the Gas Station Owner, a role he later revisited in Attack the Gas Station 2 as Mr. Park. His filmography highlights a knack for memorable supporting turns that add texture and momentum to ensemble stories.
Across decades of Korean cinema, Park has taken on a wide range of parts—from historical authority in I Am The King as King Taejong to contemporary eccentricity in How to Use Guys with Secret Tips as Dr. Swarski.
