Patrick Casey

Patrick Casey (also credited as Pat Casey) is an American screenwriter, actor, director, and author born on December 19, 1978, in Minnesota, USA. Working across film and television, he has built a career that blends comedy, genre storytelling, and character-driven humor.

Casey is widely associated with frequent creative partner Worm Miller, with the duo collaborating on multiple projects as writers and filmmakers. He is best known for his writing on the Fox animated series Golan the Insatiable and for helping bring the Sonic the Hedgehog feature films to the screen, expanding a beloved video game property into mainstream cinema.

Alongside his writing, Casey has appeared on camera in a range of eclectic credits, including Transylmania, National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze and Dorm Daze 2, plus titles like Hey... Stop Stabbing Me!, Shotgun Wedding, and Nailed. These roles reflect an early, hands-on path through indie comedy and cult-leaning projects.
