Patrick Warburton (also credited as Patrick John Warburton) is an American screen and voice actor born on November 14, 1964, in Paterson, New Jersey. Warburton became a familiar face on television through a run of standout roles, most notably the deadpan David Puddy on Seinfeld and the title hero in The Tick.
