Richard Ramsey
Richard Ramsey is an American screen artist best known for his work as a director. Born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Ramsey has built a career shaped by both performance craft and purpose-driven storytelling.
He studied theater at the University of Houston, an academic foundation that informs his approach to character, staging, and narrative. That training has carried into his filmmaking and creative leadership across projects that blend technique with message.
Beyond the set, Ramsey serves as the Creative Director for the Christian organization City on a Hill Productions in Louisville, where he helps guide content and creative strategy. He is also credited under variations of his name, including Richard L. Ramsey and Richie Ramsey, and is associated with The Ramsey Brothers.
